Here is how I went from MS to no MS.
The short version.
I was tired in a way sleep didn't fix.
Getting through a normal day took everything I had. My kids would ask me to come outside and I'd say maybe later. Later kept not happening.
I was in the house with them and still missing it. That was the part that hurt.
I'm outside now.
I keep up with them. I don't plan my day around how many good hours I think I have left. I stopped grieving the mom I used to be, because I'm her again.
My doctor-hubby went through the research with me. Gut, brain, immune system, all connected. Inflammation sitting right in the middle of all three.
So he formulated for that. He had one rule: the ingredients had to be research-backed, and they had to actually survive the stomach and get where they were going.
We started with one product. Then two. Then three.
