• Purpose: to load the Site accurately and to analyze Site usage.

• Shared with: our processor Shopify.
Order information
• Collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay details), email address, and phone number.
• Purpose: to fulfill your order, process payment, arrange shipping, send invoices and order confirmations, communicate with you, screen orders for fraud, and, where you have opted in, send you information about our products.
• Source: collected from you.
• Shared with: our processor Shopify, our email and SMS platform Klaviyo, our shipping partner ShipStation, and our fulfillment partner ShipZoom. Each processes your information only on our behalf.
Customer support information
• Collected: same as Order information.
• Purpose: to provide customer support.
• Source: collected from you.
• Shared with: N/A.
SMS marketing information
• Collected: mobile phone number, SMS consent status, date and method of consent, and your replies to our messages.
• Purpose: to send order updates and, where you have expressly opted in, marketing text messages.
• Source: collected from you at checkout, through a sign-up form, or when you text a keyword to us.
• Shared with: Klaviyo, solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. Phone numbers and SMS consent data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
SMS / TEXT MESSAGE MARKETING
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Aging Backwards LLC at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP or email support@agingbackwardswellness.com for assistance.
Your mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, contact us at the address below to request deletion.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated fraud prevention — temporary denylists of IP addresses (hours) and credit cards (days) associated with repeated failed transactions — which has no legal or significant effect on you. EEA residents have the right to object to decisions based solely on automated processing that have such effects.

EEA residents (GDPR): You may access the Personal Information we hold about you, port it to another service, and ask that it be corrected, updated, or erased. Your Personal Information is initially processed in Ireland and then transferred outside Europe, including to Canada and the United States, for storage and processing.
